Initial Call and Proposal

We start the process with a quick call to learn more about your vision for your events, budget, goals and more. In this call, we'll ask all the big things we need to know to prepare your proposal.

The proposal will help you align the level of service you need & want with the investment you want to make in your events.

Strategic Planning

Our planning process kicks off with an intake form we ask for you and your team to fill out. This will go into more detail than our initial call and will help us generate ideas to strategically reach your goals.

Once we receive this, we'll put together our thoughts and present our recommendations for your feedback and approval.

Event Management

Once we have your signoff on the overall plan, we establish a set of recurring meetings (typically monthly leading up to the event and then weekly in the last month). We also set up our shared documents so you can keep tabs on our progress as we go along. We'll introduce you more to our systems for your success when we get to this phase!

What kind of events are your specialty?

We have worked with a wide variety of events. While we’ve planned events with thousands of people at the United Nations building and worked with the secret service and celebrities, our main specialty is in supporting forward-thinking entrepreneurial clients with BIG visions to expand and connect with their audience through a holistic events strategy. Our expertise spans in-person, virtual, and hybrid modalities.

Additionally, we assist these brands in fostering stronger connections within their communities by implementing strategies that generate personalized and unforgettable moments for their members.

In simple terms, our proposal will clearly state a fixed fee, possibly divided into categories for clarity, depending on the scope of the services outlined.

While we can handle specific aspects of your event, like finding a venue, our best results come from being part of the entire planning process. We’ll be transparent about our scope, costs, and how you can ensure we’re meeting your needs throughout the process.

While your administrative assistant or marketing person can probably throw a pretty good event, here are some main reasons why hiring our team is a better bet.

  • TIME: Your team already has assigned roles and lots of work to do. Adding an event is a complicated and time-consuming process that they simply don’t always have time for. 

  • EXPERIENCE: Because this is all we do for the past 15+ years, we know what it takes to throw a good event. We know vendors and what works (and what doesn’t). We’re familiar with the best ways to prep speakers, engage sponsors and make the most of every hour and dollar you spend on this event. 

    In addition, we’ve built our own brands and events, so we have extensive experience on the host side as well. We know how to help you tie these events into your overall strategy and really make sure they reach your goals.

How much time do I need to plan my event?

It all depends on the size and complexity. We’ve planned a conference + 100 pop up events in 6 weeks, but we definitely prefer to plan 6-9 months before your event. Especially post-pandemic, we’re seeing venues book up very far in advance and quickly rising costs so we need time to make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck and your attendees have the best experience. 

Yes! This is absolutely the joy we have in working with clients. We’re very tech savvy and connected to trends in events & marketing. We’re also very familiar with growing a brand so we know what’s important to you and we love to share ideas that will help you reach your goals.

Absolutely. Once we have an agreed upon scope from our proposal, we’ll provide our detailed contract that you can review so you have all the details you need upfront. 

About Our Founder

I LOVE PLANNING EVENTS. But it’s not about the design or the menu planning or the excitement (although all of that is fun). What I really love about events is the strategic power they have to produce results.
 
I have had the opportunity to work with thought leaders in various industries to plan conferences, product launches and other events to meet their strategic goals and I’d love the opportunity to help you do the same.

In fact, I’m so passionate about events that I also help educate fellow industry professionals about creating great events through speaking, consulting and hosting my own events.
