What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
Meetoo addresses the problem of employee and audience disengagement. A lack of enthusiasm, attention or commitment from individuals in meetings is an increasingly significant problem as our collective patience and attention spans shorten. Meetoo does this while also documenting meeting activities and recording the interactions taking place. Meetoo makes it easy to prove meeting ROI and document outcomes.
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
Our solution is not limited to one sector of our industry and is designed to serve everyone easily and equally. If you are hosting a meeting of any size and purpose, there is a place for Meetoo. We hate to skirt the question though so let us narrow it down just a little bit. If you’re tired of boring meetings, didactic presentations, and loss of efficiency in your programs, then Meetoo will serve you well.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
Meetoo allows planners to modernize the traditional meeting setting by helping their presenters involve the audience in the conversation. Where before you may have had 1 presenter and 100 participants, now you have 101 people having a real conversation – using mobile technology as a conduit. For planners who have been tasked with increasing active engagement in their content-based sessions, Meetoo provides an affordable and easy-to-implement solution.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
Traditional audience response methods existed long before mobile devices, but as our industry (and our cultures) become increasingly mobile, it is clear that focusing the audience response experience to be more mobile-friendly is a crucial step for growth. Meetoo is unique among mobile audience response platforms because we are able to combine what we feel are the most necessary features of a truly effective tool.
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
To reference the above, I really believe the true PowerPoint integration with Meetoo is the biggest game changer. It’s unique among the competition in that questions, results, and charts are completely customizable in the PowerPoint platform offering a new level of “ease of use” for new users and ensuring that this is not the type of tool that requires users to completely turn their presentation styles upside down. Simply put, with the PowerPoint integration, users just simply incorporate the interaction into what they’re already doing.

Did you know: QuickMobile, the global leader in enterprise mobile event apps, recently incorporated Meetoo’s functionality as “Live Insights” and integrated it into their mobile event app offering?
