What were the 3 keys to getting the company off the ground – where did you invest your time?

1. Getting the right ingredients, products & equipment to use
2. Getting the right location
3. Making sure I had cash flow.

 Just having participated in the Amplify Your Brand Workshop with Sabina Hitchen and Janine Just, what role do live events play in your branding and marketing initiatives?

It’s becoming a very huge role when I capture live events and post up something that’s happening immediately. Viewers like something that is current and especially if it’s live. It makes my branding come alive.

What was a successful social media campaign you hosted that showed great engagement and traction?

It was when I hosted a launch event and posted an video interview with my guests and sponsors (little q & a) the video attracted over 1000 likes on Twitter and YouTube instantly. Of course having one of the desperate housewives of NY did attract viewers.

Finally, what is your favorite app?

Hard to pick but if I had to choose one it would be Instagram, it’s very easy to use and it’s fun looking at pictures where a picture is worth more than a thousand words. However Snapchat has gotten me hooked at posting videos:)
