Whether it’s coffee flavored, to replace (or complement) your morning cup of Joe, or a peaches and cream flavored ice pop (to fulfill one of those daily requirements of fruit), it’s easy to find a way to follow the three simple rules of Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. 1. Eat ice cream 2. for breakfast 3. on the first Saturday in February.
Of course, just because it’s International Ice Cream for Breakfast day doesn’t mean that you can’t indulge later in the day too. In fact, replacing the traditional cake with an ice cream bar is a trend that is emerging at events from weddings to baby showers and everything in between.
