What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve? 

Managing events across an organization can be a logistical nightmare. With all the personnel changes & reporting requirements, it’s pretty difficult for an administrative head to keep track of everything with an off-the-shelf ticketing solution. Ticketbud for Organizations aims to remove these inefficiencies and turn an organization’s event department into a well-oiled machine.

Medium to Large organizations planning multiple events across their departments (special event venues, hospitality, universities, non-profits)

What does your tool help event planners do better? 

Our tool gives organizations complete administrative control over their events. Once an organization is onboarded, individual employees can create & manage events. Ticketbud then produces a detailed cross event sales dashboard, employee activity feed and dynamic event listing pages for the admin of an organization. Admins now have access to all their event data within their org & gain valuable insights to influence event decisions in the future.

What is the single coolest feature of your product? 

Our event pre-population technology. It allows orgs that are launching up to hundreds of event ticket sales to submit their event data directly into Ticketbud. The platform then pre-populates that data into live Ticketbud event pages, saving hours of setup time for the organization. We work with orgs directly to ensure a successful ticket sales launch from start to finish.

The product launch comes on the heels of exception growth for Ticketbud. Our live event count has seen over a 1500% increase in the past year with over 50,000 events occurring on the platform at any point in time.
