What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
We provide a more efficient and effective way to deliver sponsor and event-related content to attendees via a turn-key digital platform.
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
What does your tool help event planners do better?
Our tool is easy-to-use and helps you manage the most difficult aspects of sponsor and event-related content; i) creation, ii) distribution and iii) reporting. In addition, there is no app to download. Our service is a mobile-responsive web app, so it can fit nicely into your existing mobile app.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
Our primary competition is old habits! For example, sending a series of emails to attendees on behalf of your sponsors or asking your sponsors to print a bunch of flyers to stuff in a plastic bag. Wouldn’t it be great if you could consolidate all this information into one place that was accessible on any device before, during and after the event? Now you can!
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
Our Content Builder. Have you ever had to build an email or webpage using content from other people? You send a specific request for images, text, etc., but you never get back what you want, when you want it. Our Content Builder eliminates all of that by enabling your sponsor (or you) to build the placement directly, no graphics skills required!
Anything else we need to know?
This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
