Event Tech of the Week: @Swoogo

Today, we’re talking about: Swoogo

Company/Tool Name: Swoogo

Website: www.swoogo.com

Twitter: @swoogo

Facebook: Facebook.com/TrySwoogo

What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Swoogo takes the “ugh this stinks” out of using an enterprise level event software tool- it’s designed to feel super fun and easy, despite all the heavyweight features and capabilities.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

We’re psyched to say Swoogo is great for any size event, from small gatherings to massive trade shows. Since Swoogo packages are priced in a way that’s actually logical; a flat monthly fee is established based on the number of Super Users you need, it makes sense to use it to run your giant conference AND your company beach party. Unlimited. It’s pretty great.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

Building an event site and registration pages on Swoogo is crazy fast and super flexible- think carrying your branding through every page, making sub-sites for specific registrant types with our drag-and-drop website builder, and quickly making changes, even on the go, with our exclusive responsive admin manager.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

There are two types of tools on the market right now, robust but clunky heavyweight enterprise solutions, and fun lightweight ticketing tools. Swoogo is unique in marrying both concepts- all the clout you need in conjunction with effortless ease of use.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

User Experience. Front and back responsive, fully customizable pages every step along the way, integrations with Google Maps and Google Translator. Every touchpoint for the organizer and the attendee is part of the brand experience. And it doesn’t hurt that you can make every page in the registration flow so beautiful that your sponsors will want to buy them!

Anything else we need to know?

Swoogo is a new product brought to you by industry veterans- we may even be the first come-back team in event tech.

We’d be amped to show you how it works- we do live demos a couple of times a week (or whenever you have time, if those don’t work for you). Just sign up to participate on our website!

This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
