What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
Eliminate time spent booking event workers.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
We can take the amount of time it takes to book a crew of any size and cut it down to 30 seconds.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
We exclusively focus on the process of offering work and handling responses, and we do that really well. Our biggest concern is reliability – we know how important crew communication is from years in the industry. Plus, we fit easily into existing industry practice: you don’t need to change your workflow or adopt a whole new system to integrate our product.
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
The “set and forget” nature of booking workers for calls. The software automatically continues booking until it’s done, and you can do something completely different in the meantime.
Anything else we need to know?
We service everyone from small lighting companies who only use it contact people in emergencies, to large labour firms who book tens of thousands of shifts per year for the largest arena in BC… and they all love it.
