What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
The BUZZ Tech Suite streamlines the on-site event registration and name badge scanning process. Gone are the days of clunky scanners and basic barcodes. While the Tech Suite can easily read QR Codes via our tablet-based technology, it also offers RFID chip reading technology for a smooth, efficient scanning experience. Attendees simply walk by the iOS or Android device (typically iPads) and swiftly tap their badge to check-in/out of sessions. Both QR code and RFID scanning provide instant access to cloud-based reporting provides planners with their meeting attendance data in real-time.

BUZZ’s check-in and badge scanning is best suited for both small and large corporate meetings and conferences, and our lead retrieval is meant for tradeshows of any kind or size.

The BUZZ Tech Suite eliminates the need for any manual tracking of attendance at any event. With our permission-based red light/green light technology, planners can also limit access to breakouts, paid sessions, special events, etc. with the power of each attendee’s name badge. Continuing education credit information is also instantly captured, eliminating all manual tracking and verification.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?
Our check-in feature offers the ability to simply check-in or to SIGN-IN with an electronic signature on an iOS or Android tablet. The corresponding report includes the actual digital signature and date/time stamp to replace paper trails of contracts or regulatory attendance.
