What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

New ideas are hard to find in the event industry. Planners are always looking for a unique, engaging, and interactive service and/or entertainment item to “WOW” their customers at special events, parties, and trade shows. Airheads Oxygen & Aromatherapy bars offers this and more! Our “Dream Machine” 3 panel modular oxygen bar can service up to 12 people simultaneously, giving them a healthy enriched “oxygen experience.” Just 5 to 10 minutes breathing at our bar will energize, invigorate, and the user focus. The 12 different “flavors” of aromatherapy that we offer at our bar gives everyone a choice and the opportunity to switch from one flavor to another.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

We are utilized at events of all kinds. For example: At trade shows we are referred to as “The People Magnet.” Our equipment lights up like Times Square at night and can be branded with any corporate logo. Once someone is “hooked up” the booth sales personnel can easily deal with a “captive audience.” At “social events” people of all ages love it! Young and old come together at the oxygen bar to take photos of each other and to share their experience with others online.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

By offering an Airheads oxygen & aromatherapy bar, the event planner separates themselves from other event planners that are just offering the same old “cookie cutter” event services. The event planner now offers the “WOW factor” item that can be personalized for any event.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

We are the only oxygen bar company to offer therapeutic grade essential oils for or flavors. Other companies offer only food grade liquid or powered stuff that just smells good with no health value at all. Airheads can service up to 12 people from one bar while others can only service up to 6 at a time. An Airheads bar can be branded or personalized with a message on 5 separate lighted panels. Other companies cannot brand their equipment at all.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

The coolest part of our product is the response that we receive from our clients and end users. Everyone has great things to say about our service and our trained “Oxy-baristas.” We make an everlasting impression with our service no matter if it’s a corporate event, or a private sweet 16 party.

We have been fortunate enough to have serviced all of North America since our inception in 1998, and have also performed at events in Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia.
