Donvil Collins is a 27 year old entrepreneur who specializes in advertising, branding, production & event screen technology. He is the founder and CEO of VeeKast, a revolutionary event screen technology company. He is also the founder of the 7 year old boutique ad agency, Debo Media Inc.
A child prodigy, Donvil started out by mastering music & audio engineering using large mixing & broadcast consoles while being mentored by established producers at the age of eight. His keen technical skills began being realized as he always opened up anything that seemed the least bit technical, just to see how it worked. At the age of twelve, he began taking advanced television courses at Lehman College to help his local church’s tv program which under his young leadership became an international recognized religious broadcast.
Donvil studied computer engineering in high school & at the same time fell in love with Film & Television production after taking early college course for production at Lehman College in the Bronx. Donvil graduated high school in 2004 and entered York College in Queens, New York to study video production. He then transferred to Five Towns College in Long Island for a higher level & focus on production. After picking up a lot of new techniques, he founded Debo Media Inc in June of 2006. Donvil graduated from Five Towns College in 2008, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in film/tv production.
Over the next 4 years, Donvil lead his company to produce videos for many well known organizations such as the American Heart Association, BET and Malibu Rum and has produced commercials and shows for International networks, and websites with potential audience of up to 120 million.
In 2012 while attending a lot of events to network & market his company, Donvil saw that there was a gap in the event industry to better utilize AV screens as a captivating interactive tool. He saw that it can be leveraged to increase the benefits to event producers & event sponsors. Utilizing the business & technology development knowledge that he has, Donvil spent the next 4 months developing the launch of a technology that would change the way event planners use their AV screens. In March 2013, VeeKast was born and he makes it his duty to help event producers to better leverage their AV screens.
When he is not working, Donvil spends time with his wife and baby girl and volunteers as a youth leader, musician & production director at his church. He’s very well known for working hard while having fun and leaving a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

The thing that always gets me to laugh without fail is: DEFINITELY my 1 year old daughter when she tries to laugh like a grown up, slapping her leg & swinging her head back. LOL. I’m laughing just thinking about it.
One thing that would really surprise people to learn about me is: I was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica of the Caribbean, West Indies
