National Random Acts of Kindness week is February 14-20 this year, and what better time to challenge yourself to do something kind for a friend or a stranger.
In today’s world, it’s very easy to publicly “shame” someone via social media, so why not turn that around and spread some kindness by paying someone a compliment instead?
Kindness often doesn’t cost a cent, and something that may seem small to you might be monumental to someone else. It could be as simple as holding the door open for the person behind you. Start small and keep going until it becomes a natural part of your day.
