eventScribe 2.0: The Event App No Meeting Planner Can Do Without
FOREST HILL, MD – Conference software provider CadmiumCD recently released the second version of their popular event app, eventScribe. The release includes improvements in technical capabilities and visual design, which offer more customization and an improved user experience for planners, exhibitors, and attendees.
“eventScribe is still the same easy-to-use solution that attendees know and love,” says Michelle Wyatt, CadmiumCD co-founder and CEO. “Only we’ve added a lot of new features that will improve the conference experience.”
Among these features, Wyatt lists 4 big improvements in particular:
- Tile Design Home Screen – Meeting planners now have more customization than ever. The new screen also allows for increased sponsorship opportunities.
- Audience Response System – CadmiumCD takes ARS one step further. eventScribe includes live commenting and questions, crowdsourced note sharing, and many more social features that the average ARS leaves out.
- QR Game with Improved Leaderboard – The eventScribe Scavenger Hunt now can include QR codes associated with exhibiters, educational sessions, posters, and any other activity or location.
- Who’s Who Section – Meeting planners can include customized special groups profiles. This section can be used to differentiate people like awards recipients, volunteers, employees, poster presenters, and students from other attendees.
“These new features are meant to enhance the educational aspects of eventScribe, which have always been the foundation of the app,” says Wyatt.
eventScribe was first released four years ago as a note-taking and slide-sharing app for conference attendees. Today it includes social, gamification, and educational features and is continuing to grow at a steady rate.
